Phenomenology of art.

The present essay aims to define and to debate concepts, mainly in the domain ofthe Phenomenology of Charles Sanders Peirce, that allow us to build a peircean Philosophy of arto The questioning of the Ontology of the work of art, the speculation about its specific nature, has in the peircean Philosophy a productive field to a new Phenomenology of art, after Heidegger and Merleau-Ponty (Haas 2000: 13), able to unify the objective and subjective poles of the aesthetic experience. Being that, with the exception of the last ones, the peircean Phenomenology has a mathematical basis founded in three categories, which are the most universal of all phenomenons.
